I would like to improve speaking!

Firstly, I would like to say Hallo to everybody 
My name is Goran and I am coming from Novi Sad, Serbia.
I would like to improve my speaking English, because I would like to take IELTS general exam at the end of May this year.
If anyone has time for speaking, please do not hasitate to call me. My skype name is also gmitrovic2004. ( my skype status on invisible, but I am online almost whole day)
