PROVERB - "When the misery is the highest, help is nighest."
PROVERB - "When misery is highest help is nighest":
It means that the deeper we are in misery, the closer we are from getting help from someone else, because it is when we are very unfortunate that other people start to realize that something is really wrong.
Ex: "When they will see that we are sick if we don't drink water, they will open the road blocks and let the help come through, when misery is the highest the help is nighest!"
