When do we use ‘let‘, ‘let’s‘ and ‘lets‘?
You use ‘let‘ and ‘lets‘ when you mean ‘allow’. So you might say that your boss lets you leave work early or that your bosses let you leave work early.
‘Let’s‘ is a contraction of ‘let us‘! So you might say something like ‘let’s go‘ or ‘let’s work together‘.
