POEM - The Star
"Twinkle, twinkle, little star,
How I wonder what you are,
Up above the world so high,
Like a diamond in the sky.
When the blazing sun is set,
And the grass with dew is wet,
Then you show your little light,
Twinkle, twinkle, all the night.
Then the traveler in the dark
Thanks you for your tiny spark,
He could not see where to go
If you did not twinkle so.
In the dark blue sky you keep,
And often through my curtains peep,
For you never shut your eye
Till the sun is in the sky.
As your bright and tiny spark
Lights the traveler in the dark,
Though I know not what you are,
Twinkle, twinkle, little star."

POEM - How do I love thee?
"How do I love thee? Let me count the ways.
I love thee to the depth and breadth and height
My soul can reach, when feeling out of sight
For the ends of Being and ideal Grace.
I love thee to the level of everyday's
Most quiet need, by sun and candle-light.
I love thee freely, as men strive for Right;
I love thee purely, as they turn from Praise.
I love thee with a passion put to use
In my old griefs, and with my childhood's faith.
I love thee with a love I seemed to lose
With my lost saints, --- I love thee with the breath,
Smiles, tears, of all my life! --- and, if God choose,
I shall but love thee better after death."

POEM - Sleep! Sleep! Beauty Bright
"Sleep, sleep, beauty bright,
Dreaming in the joys of night;
Sleep, sleep; in thy sleep
Little sorrows sit and weep.
Sweet babe, in thy face
Soft desires I can trace,
Secret joys and secret smiles,
Little pretty infant wiles.
As thy softest limbs I feel
Smiles as of the morning steal
O'er thy cheek, and o'er thy breast
Where thy little heart doth rest.
O the cunning wiles that creep
In thy little heart asleep!
When thy little heart doth wake,
Then the dreadful night shall break."

POEM - Life is Too Short
"Life is too short, don't stress every day,
leave your worries behind, go out and play.
Life is too short, grasp it in your hand,
a natural miracle, have fun while you can.
Life is too short, as precious as gold
its full of surprises, so i am told.
Life is too short, take it from me,
have as much fun as you wish, just wait and see.
Life is too short, people seem to forget,
that life is a gift and its free, yes that's it.
Life is too, you are your own eyes,

"The colors, the gray,
The fire, the smoke,
The lights, the dark,
To speak or to choke.
The words that hurt,
The truth, the lies,
The whispers, the noise,
It's blinding your eyes.
The bombs, the shells,
The bullets, the pain,
The system is crashing,
The strongest remain.
The wisdom, the knowledge,
The power of the mind,
The massive, the lonely,
The one of a kind.
It's blinding your eyes...
The colors, the gray,
The fire, the smoke,
The lights, the dark,
To speak or to choke.
The words that hurt,
The truth, the lies,
The whispers, the noise,

The silent, the loud,
The weak, the strong,
The violent, the peaceful,
The right and the wrong.
The intro, the buildup,
The climax, the breaks,
The love for the music,
That's all that it takes."

POEM - Promise Me
"You light up another cigarette,
And I pour the wine.
It's 4 o'clock in the morning,
And it's starting to get light.
Now I'm right where I want to be,
Losing track of time.
But I wish that it was still last night.
You look like you're in another world,
But I can read your mind.
How can you be so far away lying by my side?
When I go away I'll miss you,
And I will be thinking of you,
Every night and day just
Promise me, you'll wait for me,
'Cause I'll be saving all my love for you,
And I'll be home soon.
Promise me, you'll wait for me,
I need to know you feel the same way too,
And I'll be home, and I'll be home soon."

Born in the 80's:
"I was born in the 80's,
Grew up in the 90's,
We are the last generation that learned to play in the street.
We were the first to play video games,
And the last that record songs off the radio on cassettes or music videos on VHS,
We are the pioneers of Walkmans and chat-rooms,
We learned how to program the VCR before anyone else,
We played with Atari, Super Nintendo and Saga Genesis,
We also believed that the internet was gonna be a free world,
Ha, yeah right!
We are the generation of Thundercats, The Power Rangers, The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Transformers, Saved By The Bell, The Fresh Prince Of Bel Air and Martin,
We traveled in cars without seatbelts and airbags, lived without cellphones,
We didn't have 99 television stations, flatscreen tv's, surround-sound music systems, mp3s, Facebook or Twitter.
But nevertheless
We had a great time!
I was born in the 80's,
